Fabric Processing
Preshrunk Washing
In the course of preshrunk washing, the fabric is put in a machine that pushes or compacts the fibre all together. The process condenses the fabric by removing the space between the stitches as a way of replicating the shrinking process. In doing this, the garment now has been “pre-shrunk” and will shrink less when put through the traditional washing and drying process.
Pre-shrunk washing is necessary so as to maintain the durability of your customised clothing.
Silicon Washing
Silicon softeners have a firm place in final finishing for of your customised cloth. A piece of fabric to be made appealing after rigorous processes of dyeing and fixing.
The application of softeners at the end of the dye cycle improves the appearance, hand, and ease of pressing of the dyed garments after tumble drying. The fabric threads when secured firmly, add to life of your fabric and add softness to it as well.
Bio-washing
Bio washing is an enzyme treatment to the fabrics, for the purpose to cut the protruding fibres which resulting in cleaner, lustrous appearance to the treated fabrics.

Printing Methods
Flock Screen Printing
Flock screen printing comprises of a flock along with adhesive that bring vibrancy to designs and a softer, velvety feel to what customers desire. The flock is primarily carved out of synthetic fibres:- rayon, nylon and polyesters, with another option in propylene too.
This flocking method involves making separate screens for each of a design colour. Flock adhesive is then printed onto the garment and flock fibers are then distributed across the wet adhesive. While the fibers are being applied to the wet adhesive, the garment passes through an electrostatic field that makes each fiber stand up vertically, embedding the tips of the fibers in the adhesive. This process is repeated for each subsequent colour and the finished flocked garment is then cured in a textile dryer with hot convection air. The result is a plush, 3-D design.

Water Based / Pigment Screen Printing

Water-based ink uses either dyes or pigments in a suspension with water as a solvent. These inks are thinner in viscosity than standard plastisol inks. This enables the ink to absorb into the fibers of the fabric and essentially re-dye them.
Water based prints are super soft, you virtually can’t even feel them! They will also never crack, peel or fade because they are now a part of the fabric, not layered up on top.

Crack Screen Printing
Crack Screen printing or distressed screen printing, as suggested by the name itself is a print method whereby your design print is a cracky, snappy yet never out of fashion and the "cool" draping list design.
Inks specialising in this effect are applied to the fabric via the screens, differing in the size and quantum of dimensions as required by the customers.These inks, when applied are dried and subjected to heat, giving a way to the decided choice of shattered designs coming into existence.
