Turnaround
The turnaround time on your order with QuadB starts when you’ve paid minimum 50% advance, we have all information required to complete your order (all artwork, correct tag files, all fonts required for editable tags, all shipping info, etc.) & your Mocks have been approved. Delay in receipt of *any* of this info could result in production delays. Most Mocks and Customer Order sheet are sent within 24 hours, after receiving payment and all necessary information. Our current turnaround time is 20-25 Business Days Average including shipping. Complex orders/add-ons may increase turnaround. Delay in approval of mock ups could also result in production delays. The most up-to-date turnaround time will be listed on your quote and invoice.
If you have a deadline for your order, it is very important that you let us know when placing your order and a rush fee may apply if there is not enough time to complete your order under normal circumstances. If you do not advise us about a due date until after your order has been paid for and pushed through our system, we may not be able to accommodate your request. Any circumstances out of QuadB's control (ie: weather delays, shipping errors by the supplier, etc.) may also require more time and are not factored into the initial turnaround time estimate.

Terms
Orders must be paid by minimum 50% before the order begins unless otherwise approved by QuadB staff. If you pay via cheque, the turn around time clock on your order will not begin until your check clears. The maximum COD amount is 20,000 INR. That means, you’ll have to pay the the upfront amount exceeding 20,000 from balance amount.
Example: JP Morgan emails QuadB about placing a T-Shirt order. QuadB sends JP Morgan a Quote. JP Morgan approves the quote and QuadB sends an Invoice of 1,00,000 INR. JP Morgan waits 3 weeks, then pays 50,000 INR (minimum 50%) for the order as advance. Once payment is received, QuadB places the order on the schedule. Upon completion, QuadB staff contacts them and asks to pay 30,000 before shipping so that maximum COD amount is restricted to 20,000 INR.

Artwork
All files must be 300 DPI or vector format. The design should be sized to the size you would like it to print. Text must be converted to outlines. Printing can only be as good as the artwork. QuadB will not be responsible for poor quality printing due to poor artwork. QuadB is not responsible for any misspellings, errors, or issues in your art file. We do our best to catch these errors and point them out to you, but we may not catch them all. If it is in your art file and on your approval, that is how we will print it.

Art Approval | Order Proofing
All artwork is to be approved via a digital mock-up through email or WhatsApp. Artwork must be checked for spelling, color, sizes ordered, placement of the art and accuracy of artwork by the customer. It is very important to look over every detail of the mockup, as this is how your garments will print. QuadB will not accept responsibility for corrections not implemented and/or requested after artwork approval. Any modifications requested after customer approval will result in production delays and could require additional expenses. Any delays in the approval process longer than 24 hours after receipt of the mockup could result in production delays.

Screens
We don’t charge setup fees (aka screen fees) – just one way we say, "We've got your back." But please note that by default, like the rest of the industry we will use the same set of screens per design ordered; that is, the graphic will print the exact same size, no matter the size of the item we are printing on. If you would like to have different screen sizes made for different item sizes, please let us know ahead of time. Each set of screens will be considered a different order, with pricing and minimums charged accordingly. Please keep the max imprint sizes in mind when printing girl and youth sized shirts.
Example: J P Morgan orders 40 Girls shirts and 60 Unisex shirts with the same design, but sizes the design differently for the two sets of shirts. QuadB will have to make two sets of screens. J P Morgan will be charged the 40 Quantity pricing for the Girls shirts and 60 Quantity pricing for the Unisex shirts, NOT the 100 Quantity pricing.

Collar & Seam Printing
Although QuadB has the latest equipment available, inconsistencies may occur in registration and ink coverage when printing near or over the collar, seams, or any other edges. Any large prints may run the risk of going over the sleeve seam. These are all considered acceptable goods and will not be considered for reprints.

Hoodie Printing
Although QuadB has the latest equipment available, inconsistencies may occur in registration and ink coverage when printing over the zipper, pockets or any other uneven surfaces. QuadB will not be responsible for these inconsistencies.

Specific Measurements When Printing
Even though QuadB’s printers have over 5 years of experience, there is no way to effectively and efficiently measure a distance from the collar on each shirt as each garment is loaded onto the press by hand. If you request a print that is 2” down from the collar, we will use that as a guide and do our best to make sure that all shirts hit that target, but not all shirts will hit exactly at 2”, they may be off by as much as an inch in either direction. This will not be considered a misprint and QuadB will not reprint or refund these shirts.

Cancellations & Restocking Fees
Cancellations made after order has been placed will be subject to a 15% restocking fee plus any additional fees required to cover services already rendered. No cancellations will be accepted once production or any manipulation of the garments (tag removal, printed tags, printing, hem tagging, etc.) has begun on the order.

Must-Have Dates
QuadB will do everything we can to meet any must-have date, but we cannot guarantee it. Rush fees may apply. Customer may be responsible for any expedited shipping charges associated with the order.

Shipping
QuadB cannot be responsible for any shipping delays caused by the shipping company.
Examples: Delhivery cannot deliver your package on time due to inclement weather. | Delhivery delivers your package to the wrong address (although provided the correct address) and you do not receive your products on time.

Holidays
Just like you, we like to spend the holidays with our families and friends. For that reason, we are closed for the national holidays & sundays. These days will not be considered operational business days and will not count towards turnaround time.

Under-Runs & Spoilage
Due to the nature of this business, QuadB will not be responsible for under-runs or spoilage up to 3% on jobs of 100 shirts per design, and up to 10% on jobs of less than 100 pieces. (Spoilage must be more than 10 shirts per design for a reprint). Please keep this in mind when ordering (it is never a bad idea to order extras). We always do our best to get you what you ordered. We will refund you the cost of any items shorted from your order but will not process a reprint for less than 10% of your order (or 10 shirts minimum).

Returned Cheques
There will be a 2000 INR returned cheque fee.

Pricing
QuadB reserves the right to change pricing without notice.
Example: Zomato looks at the pricing on QuadB's website on Monday. On Tuesday, QuadB changes the pricing on their website due to rising cotton prices. Later that day, Zomato contacts QuadB unaware that the prices have changed since the day before. Zomato places an order and is charged the most up-to-date pricing.

Garment Disclaimer
QuadB is not responsible for manufacturer defects such as color inconsistencies, stitching errors, mislabeled garments, loose/inconsistent stitching, and/or garment defects (holes in garments, ripped seams, etc.). We try our hardest to inspect the garments as we print them, but we cannot guarantee each garment. We are not the manufacturers of these garments, so we cannot ensure their construction. We highly recommend ordering 5% extra of each size if an exact count is important.
Some manufacturers over-dye their garments. Over-dying is the process of re-dying a garment after it's initial manufacturing period. This is done for any number of reasons, including color correction, clearing out of colors that didn't sell (purple shirts aren't selling so the manufacturer dyes them black to sell them as black shirts), etc. Because of this factor, QuadB cannot 100% guarantee exact color consistency on coloring with discharge printing or discharge based services (Premium Standard). This is most noticeable on white ink prints (showing a slight off white tinge), but can sometimes be seen with other colors. If you are concerned about the possibility of over-dying on a garment you are interested in or would like more information or alternate print methods, please contact us. We will be glad to provide you with any information that may help you avoid this issue.

Satisfaction Clause
QuadB will not be responsible for your satisfaction with the garments printed on or the printed artwork. We are always available to counsel any customer to ensure you pick a garment that matches your needs but we also need you to do your due diligence on the garment choice. If you are unsure of what garment to select, we can gladly order a number of blank samples for you to choose from. The samples will be billed at a per piece rate and shipped without printing. Blank samples will not credit to the cost of your order.

Quality Assurance
We try to check every garment as it comes off of the press, but there are times where some mistakes will make it out the door. It is your responsibility as the customer to check over garments as you receive them. We allow an industry standard 72 hour window from the time you receive the goods to notify us of any issues with the order. QuadB will not be responsible for errors with your order if notified after 72 hours of receiving the goods. QuadB also will not be responsible for any lost income, customers, accounts, and/or contracts if defective garments are sent out to your final customer. While QuadB does quality checks on the garments, the final quality assurance check lies in the hands of you, our customer.

Claims & Reprints
We go to great lengths to try to ensure that every order that leaves our facility is correct. All of our customers are valued customers, regardless of size, and we want you all to know that. Any order printed differently than the mock-up approved will be granted a reprint of the defective product. All claims must be submitted within 72 hours of date of delivery. Please email info@quadb.in to submit your claim. If QuadB is responsible for any errors in your order, we will gladly accept responsibility for the issues and will reprint the shirts printed in error. We do not offer refunds, but will gladly reprint any production errors that exceed the spoilage rate.
We will require that you ship the misprinted shirts back to our shop (we will provide you with a shipping label and will cover shipping costs). QuadB will not be responsible for any shirts sold or given away prior to returning the order.
Example: If you order 100 shirts and you've sold 15 but then you discover a print defect and you return only 85 shirts to QuadB, we are only responsible for the reprinting of the remaining 85 shirts).

Code of Conduct

Child Labor
QuadB does not and will not use child labor. The term “child” refers to a person younger than 15 (or 14 where local law allows) or, if higher, the local legal minimum age for employment or the age for completing compulsory education. QuadB employing young persons who do not fall within the definition of “children” will also comply with any laws and regulations applicable to such persons.

Involuntary Labor
QuadB will never use any forced or involuntary labor, whether prison, bonded, indentured or otherwise. Coercion and Harassment
QuadB will treat each employee with dignity and respect, and will not use corporal punishment, threats of violence or other forms of physical, sexual, psychological or verbal harassment or abuse.

Nondiscrimination
QuadB will not discriminate in hiring and employment practices, including salary, benefits, advancement, discipline, termination or retirement, on the basis of race, religion, age, nationality, social or ethnic origin, sexual orientation, gender, political opinion or disability.

Association
QuadB will respect the rights of employees to associate, organize and bargain collectively in a lawful and peaceful manner, without penalty or interference.

Health and Safety
QuadB will provide employees with a safe and healthy workplace in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, ensuring at a minimum reasonable access to potable water and sanitary facilities; fire safety; and adequate lighting and ventilation. QuadB will also ensure that the same standards of health and safety are applied in any housing that they provide for employees.

Compensation
QuadB recognizes that wages are essential to meeting employees’ basic needs. At a minimum, it complies with all applicable wage and hour laws and regulations, including those relating to minimum wages, overtime, maximum hours, piece rates and other elements of compensation, and provide legally mandated benefits. QuadB will compensate employees for overtime hours at such premium rate as is legally required or, if there is no legally prescribed premium rate, at a rate at least equal to the regular hourly compensation rate.

Protection of the Environment
QuadB complies with all applicable environmental laws and regulations.

Other Laws
QuadB will comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those pertaining to the manufacturing, pricing, sale and distribution of merchandise. All references to “applicable laws and regulations” in this Code of Conduct include local and national codes, rules and regulations as well as applicable treaties and voluntary industry standards.

Designs Non-Disclosure Policy
Just like any other companies we are proud of having you as a customer, we believe in delivering service that is better than anyone else, we believe in constructive competition. Therefore we have our previous work as our portfolio proudly present on the website for selected customers to view.
We can remove it from the website on special notices if the other party doesn't want us to disclose their designs, however for doing that the customer must qualify in becoming our premium client.
The definition of a premium client is one who has ordered products worth more than 400,000 INR from us in parts of three orders.

Clothing Marketing Policy
Since we believe in the Mutual growth of the Client and the company, we offer various methods to promote the business of our customers, thus resulting in more sales for the customer and allowing us to make more products for them in return. We would refer clients to the customer by doing promotional activities for the client, with their Clothing Brand Name and other Contact details publicaly available.

Confidentiality
Client records are regarded as confidential and therefore will not be divulged to any third party, other than our agents and manufacturer/supplier(s), and if legally required to do so, to the appropriate authorities. Clients have the right to request copies of any and all their personal records we keep, on the provision that we are given reasonable notice of such a request. Clients are requested to retain copies of any literature issued in relation to the provision of our services. Where appropriate, we shall issue Clients with appropriate written information, handouts, or copies of records as part of an agreed contract, for the benefit of both parties. Any information that is collected via "trails" (the trail you leave as you travel through our site) is only reviewed internally and then discarded. Your trust is important to us, and we will not do anything to violate that trust.

Delivery Charges and Others:
DHL, Fedex and Sky net Courier worldwide are our primary carriers.
Please be aware that DHL and FedEx Priority mail may take up to 4 to 5 days to arrive and DHL Parcel Post can take 2 weeks to arrive within USA or Canada and up to 2-3 weeks to HI and AK
In addition to above shipping options, we might also use different courier services which seem best for the location of delivery.
We do not take responsibility for guaranteed delivery, the guarantee of delivery of your order is undertaken by the shipping company who provides us the tracking information.
it is your responsibility to get in contact with the shipping company once we have given you the tracking id of the goods shipped
we do not own a shipping company , so we ship the goods as a favor to the clients so they don't go through other hassles, we do not take responsibility for lost shipment.
in case of the lost shipment, a client will either have to pay the production charges again and in case the shipping company does not waive the shipping charges, that will have to be paid too.

Delays In Delivery
It is your responsibility to ensure all contact details including the delivery address are correct and that either you or a person nominated by you is available in person to accept and sign for the delivery of the goods when they are delivered to your address.
'QuadB' takes no responsibility for goods that fail to be delivered or fail to be signed for, on account of an incorrect delivery address supplied by you at the time of placing your order. We are also not responsible for the failure of delivery if the address provided by you is found closed or inaccessible, by the postal service or courier agency, at the time of delivery.
'QuadB' will choose established postal service or courier companies to ship your orders through. Once however the goods have been dispatched, we take no further responsibility for any late or lost deliveries.

Refund Policy
'QuadB' provides its customers with only strictly quality-controlled goods without exemption according to 'QuadB' quality standard. We will follow the specifications as instructed by the customer at the time of order. Any changes during the production will be notified and confirmed by the customer. We DONOT accept any returns or refunds for any customized goods at all once the order has been placed or shipped. So you can ask for pictures, video conference or anything that would be possible to show you your followed specifications.
You can make any changes on the garment as long as the sample has not been approved for bulk production or shipped out. We can also make changes after the order has been shipped, but you will have to pay for the shipment and re-shipment of the garment.

Fabric Specification
QuadB offers its customers maximum customization options for any product that they like to get manufactured. However, for smaller quantities, we buy readymade fabric from the market matching the color as well as fabric specifications as close as possible depending upon the availability in the market at that time.
Fabrics that have an unusual mixture of blends in them can only be 100% accurate if they are knitted from the scratch for a minimum quantity of at least 1000 pieces on which we will not only give them their required fabric, but also provide them with a lab test report displaying the exact requirement.

Commencement of Turnaround
Please note that the turnaround time commences from the day you approve the order summary that will be sent out to you within 24 hours of your payment. Customers are required to thoroughly revise the order summary as no changes can be made in it once it has been forwarded to the production department.

Delays in Production
The Production of your custom made apparel, completely depends upon the communication that is kept with the relationship manager at QuadB. Our production time stops when we wait for approval from the customer and this increases the production time that we give to our customers.
Further, due to fabric availability and other issues, production can be delayed. The 17 Business days timeframe is only a standard rough estimate given to all customers. Usually orders do not take that long to be completed, however, we will be in continuous communication with you throughout the process of production and inform you about the delays time to time.

Delays in Approval for Shipment:
Please note that QuadB can store the products for only 15 days once the production has completed. After 15 days, and additional charge of 3000 INR or 3% of Invoice amount (whatever is minimum) per day will be taken from the customer as storage charges. If the customer fails to contact us within 1 month, we will not be responsible of the goods unless the customer wants to pay additional charges for the storage.
QuadB believes in shipping out the goods to customer in perfect form and therefore take approvals before shipment, if the customer fails to respond back to us in the given time, QuadB will hold the right to ship out the goods without their approval and then no responsibility will be taken for any faulty products. After 2 months, the order will automatically be cancelled without refund
